The crusher plant design should be located on the total plan according to the general layout and the input and output materials direction to determine. Clinker, mixing materials, gesso, ores and mineral crushing commonly attached in related crusher plant, such as calcining plant, drying plant, grinding plant etc.

Crusher plant and mine distance

  • When crusher plant is designed nearby mine, it should be in blasting safety coverage, avoid exploration tagged ore body and don't interfere with ore mining and transportation. General ore mining border should be no less than 400m of blasting safety to roads, railways, residential areas and other important building.
  • 2, Coarse crusher plant input and output height difference is large, use of terrain, the crusher plant design as much as possible on the slopes, and the crusher machine body should on the bedrock or on the solid soil. Position, elevation need adapt at incoming material direction.
  • 3, Feed particle size large, must choose firm structure, high impact resistance vibrating feeder, the feeding equipment installed reinforced concrete charge at the side. Short Head Cone Crusher can be added directly feeding hole.
  • 4, Design large crusher plant, medium crushing is not good to set the same workshop of coarse crushing, because of the need for a deep pit, adverse overhaul, much noise, and try to shorten the distance between them. If the two states adopt mobile belt conveyor to connected, the distance depends on the first level of discharging elevation and the second level of feeding elevation.
  • 5, To design crusher plant should pay attention to the disassembling parts required space and transportation major parts of conditions.
  • 6, Large and medium-sized factory should have crane to overhaul (generally consider to the heaviest component parts and subassembly), when component less than 10t with manual operation while more than 10t with electric crane, small can set in lifting hook on beam.
  • 7, If holes in the ground below underground water level, should be considered waterproof　measures　or set up small pump.
  • 8, When design a coarse crusher machine matches an medium crushing unit, coarse crushing product directly into the secondary crusher by belt conveyor, do not need to feeding machine. If a coarse crushing machine matches two medium crushers, set intermediate warehouse, through the warehouse low feeding machine feeding two medium crushing machines respectively.
