Semi-finished products process:

Consist of coarse crushing plant (stone jaw crusher for main equipment in the field) and semi-finished sand and gravel. It is used for crushing gravel and stone to semi-finished product with size less than 150mm.

Finished products crushing:

Make up of screening equipment, medium crushing plant (common use small jaw crusher impact crusher and cone crusher), sand making plant ( sand making machine or vertical shaft impact crusher), check screening and adjustable sand making. Its main duty is crushing the semi-finished to four aggregates: 0~4.75mm、4.75~19mm、19~37.5mm and 37.5~75mm. Sand making plant primary missing is crushing the materials that less than 37.5mm to fine aggregate less than 4.75mm, in order to supplement the natural sand insufficiency, and to adjust the natural sand fineness modulus.
