This series crusher plant adopts the way of tortuous squeeze crushing, its working principle is the motor drives the belt and the belt wheel, the movable jaw swings up and down under the function of the eccentric shaft. The material is crushed or squeezed to pieces in the process when the movable jaw pushes the jaw plate forward to the fixed jaw plate. Then, when the movable jaw and the movable jaw plate draw back under the function of the eccentric shaft and spring, the crushed material or the processed smaller pieces are discharged from the under part of the crusher. With the motor rotates continuously, the movable jaw smashes and discharge material periodically and the crusher gets quantity production.
